This is the second time that Jackson has helped us sell a home. The first time was three years ago when my mother-in-law passed away, and in the most recent instance, when we were selling our house in order to relocate to the Southwest US to begin a new chapter of our lives in retirement. In both instances, even though the circumstances were entirely different, Jackson was professional and more importantly, he understood the state of mind we were in and advised us accordingly. Jackson was upfront and honest with us on both occasions. He understood what we needed during both the selling of my mother-in-law's house and and more recently, our house. Jackson communicated with us consistently, keeping us up to date and in the loop with offers made on our house, possible situations that could arise, how to handle offers we had been given, and he advised us as to what the most logical course of action would be.
