Kujtim Beganaj

As a proud Lancaster resident of 22+ years, Kujtim attended J.P. McCaskey High School and thereafter attended The Pennsylvania State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business with a German Minor. The knowledge gained from the Business degree and minor, coupled with his love for real estate, has provided him valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, communicating with all transaction parties involved, and effectively marketing listings. Kujtim has been in Real Estate since 2015. Since then, he has been rapidly growing his business and continues to succeed. He was recognized as the Rookie Agent of the year in 2016 with outstanding sales. His performance continued to grow year after year. Most recently, Kujtim was awarded the Ambassador’s Club Award for nearly selling $5 Million in Real Estate in 2021. His success speaks through his client’s testimonials. Many past and current clients praise him for his real estate market knowledge, being proactive, excellent communication skills, and always having their best interest in mind during one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Kujtim enjoys spending time with his family. He has four kids; two boys and two girls. As an avid soccer player, he enjoys both playing and watching soccer.
